Ornament & Offal, 2011

Ornament & Offal was a collaboration between Sophie Stone and Bronwyn Coleman. Housed at the Danks st Depot, in Sydney, the show explored both artists different styles and expression on issues of the self, both body and mind. My work looked at women’s tendency to be dormant and objectified by their sexuality. Allowing yourself to become an object in the viewers eye, giving up the power rather than claiming it for yourself.
