Stan & June Illustrations, 2011
For a time I cherished an idea that I hoped to turn into a children’s book, something I have ALWAYS wanted to do, but have not yet gotten around to (watch this space) but for a time I was working on this idea.
It didn’t end up going anywhere, namely because I was so excited about getting to illustrate it I never spent much time on the actual story. A book is nothing without a story, and mine was wafting with sizable gaps and absent substance. It was called Stan & June, about a girl and her dog. That was about as much substance as it had. But I did all the drawings. Here’s a few of my faves.
